Step 1:
Initial Consultation

Our medically supervised weight loss program features weekly injections of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, enhanced with B12 and glycine to support energy, metabolism, and muscle preservation.

To get started, schedule a $100 consultation where we’ll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and determine if this treatment is right for you.

Step 2:
Lab Work

Lab work is necessary before starting injections.

Lab options:

No insurance: $99 (in-office, self-pay)
With insurance: $25 venipuncture fee (insurance may cover the rest)
Pregnancy test (if applicable): $25

Important: Labs must be scheduled between 9 AM – 12 PM (fasting required).

Step 3:
Weekly Injections

Once your lab results are back, they’ll be reviewed with you by your provider to create a personalized treatment plan.

We offer two effective medication options:

Semaglutide: Starting at $49/week
Tirzepatide: Starting at $75/week

Your provider will help you choose based on your health, goals, and prior treatment history.

Ongoing Care & Progress Check-Ins

We’re with you every step of the way. Our program includes:

Weekly weigh-ins to track your progress
Personalized meal and exercise guidance
Continued support and adjustment of your treatment as needed

After every 4 weeks, a follow-up consultation ($50) is required to evaluate your response and determine if a dose adjustment is needed (higher doses will increase the cost of the injection).
